If we use the correct tools , theories and practices in leading and managing people, we can ensure all problems and issues can be prevented or dealt with professionally and in a time responsive way.

What is the Leadership Wizard?
Leadership & management training designed specifically for Early Years Leaders & Managers.
We offer training to assist in managing and leading teams effectively, linking it to the Quality framework for daycare of children, childminding and school-aged childcare February 2022 and also to the Effective Leadership in the Years Sector, ELEYS study by Iram Siraj Blatchford and Laura Manni in 2007.
Each day managers and Leaders deal with problems/issues that arise and on some days nearly 100% of your day can be spent dealing with people or team related issues. We can help you, so you can use your time more effectively.
